“It truly is a magic sword…”
Isaac bent down to pick up Dragonslayer Sword. Greed filled his eyes! However, he did not notice that Jared, who was already burnt and lying on the ground, was slowly opening his eyes. All of a sudden, Jared jumped up and gave Isaac a fright. Isaac instinctively took a step back and swung Dragonslayer Sword at Jared.
Just as Isaac was doing that, he realized that Dragonslayer Sword was not under his control. When he swung the sword, it flew out of his grip in an instant. The sword turned around and pointed at Isaac. In the blink of an eye, Isaac’s arm was being chopped off by Dragonslayer Sword.
“Argh!” Isaac let out an agonizing cry and staggered backward! His face turned pale as blood gushed out of his wound. When Yona saw that, he threw his spear at Dragonslayer Sword and sent it flying backward.
In an instant, Dragonslayer Sword flew back into Jared’s hand once again. Isaac took out some white powder and sprinkled it on his wound to stop the bleeding. His disciple picked up his broken limb.
“Are you all right?” asked Yona. The two of them were on the same side. If anything untoward happened to Isaac, it would be difficult for Yona to handle Jared on his own.
Isaac shook his head. “I’m fine. I didn’t expect it to be a spiritual sword. It was my mistake.” “How about your arm?” Yona asked as he looked at Isaac’s severed arm. At that moment, blood was still trickling from the limb. “I can join it back, but I need time. Let’s kill Jared first. Then I will fix my arm back.”
Isaac appeared very calm. As the lord of Alchemical Sect, he would have ways to fix his broken arm. However, it would take time, and with Jared watching them, he had no time to do it. “Fine. We’ll finish him off together…”
Yona nodded. At that moment, Jared was holding onto Dragonslayer Sword, and the charred bits on his body were falling off slowly. Once again, his golden Golem Body appeared!
Both Isaac and Yona frowned when they saw that. Their earlier attack did not cause any harm to Jared at all. They thought that only one more blow was needed to kill Jared.

If the fight went on, Jared knew that his spiritual energy would be completely depleted even if he was not killed by the two men. When that happened, he would become their captive.
It was indeed very arduous for Jared to deal with the two Martial Arts Sovereigns and their many disciples all by himself. Jared shot a glance at Yona and Isaac before leaping toward the valley.
Since he did not want to fight, his only option. was to run. When Yona and Isaac saw Jared making a run for it, they knew that he was at his limits. “You’re not getting away so easily…”
Fury filled Isaac’s eyes as he chased after Jared. As for Yona, he raised his spear and sent it flying. Rumble…
In that instant, countless martial energy turned into wind blades, and they flew toward Jared. Jared evaded the attack with all his might. He wanted to get out of the valley and this predicament.
There was no way Isaac and Yona would let him go. The two men continued to give chase. Just as Jared was about to charge out of the valley, Yona and Isaac blocked him off.
Thankfully, several phantoms crawled out of the altar and held on to the disciples of Alchemical Sect and Scorching Heaven Sect. Otherwise, Jared would be heavily surrounded.
